Our Process

Step 1
Project Brief
By first establishing the project brief, we can set expectations of what the outcome will be. This includes the objectives, testing requirements, budget, deadlines, testing methods, bug tracking tools, reporting and responsibilities.
Step 1
Step 2
Test Design
We outline the conditions, data, and steps for the test. If test automation is in the scope, then our QA engineers create test automation scripts. A carefully designed test is important to obtain the results necessary to achieve the project objectives.
Step 2
Step 3
Test Execution
After beginning the basic functional testing, our QA team will perform further testing such as performance and usability testing. We also perform exploratory testing to identify more complex issues which are submitted in a tracking system.
Step 3
Step 4
Detailed Reporting
After our tests are complete, the results are presented in our report, outlining the key findings and problems found. Our extensive reporting methods result in a clear and easy to read format making it easy for developers to understand and fix.
Step 4
Step 5
Problem Resolution
You can have your developers fix the defects and make the necessary changes to the system. Your developers can follow our report, where we present issues with specific detail and screenshots using the correct terminology.
Step 5
Step 6
Retesting
Once all issues have been fixed, we retest the system to ensure that there are no further bugs. This includes any unresolved problems that may have been missed by developers and new problems that may occur as a result of coding changes.
